Aiśwara Yoga means “bringing light down into life”. Aiśwara Yoga is a beautiful group practice, open to all. It gives participants a chance to experience a special time of grace and allows them to let themselves be filled with high vibrations. It is also very comprehensive, as it combines mantra chanting (sacred sounds), breathing techniques, yoga body postures, singing and meditation.
